💭✨ From Spirals to Smiles

Crafting a Community for Overthinkers & Introverts 💭✨

From as far back as I can remember, I’ve had a constant dialogue running in my head.

Not angry, not hostile... just loud.

Thoughts looping, spiralling, replaying conversations that ended hours ago, anticipating ones that hadn’t even happened yet.

Add to that a deep-rooted introversion, and you get someone who simultaneously craved connection and wanted desperately to stay invisible. 😶🌀

That someone was me. And in many ways, still is.

I created The Rage Within as an act of survival, rebellion, and creativity.

The Rage Within Community

Survival, because I needed a space to untangle the endless thoughts.

Rebellion, because I’m tired of being told that introversion or overthinking is something to overcome.

And creativity, because making things, whether it’s a blog post, a product, or even a well-timed joke... is how I breathe. 🎨🛠️

Before this, I was a cabinet maker.

It’s a trade that surprises people when they learn I’m a woman, but it was my sanctuary.

Working with my hands quieted my mind. Each cut and joint was a form of meditation.

But life shifted, as it does, and I moved on.

The creative itch, though, stayed. It whispered to me late at night.

So, I built something else: a digital space for people like me. 🧰💡

The Rage Within is a safe (and funny) space for introverted overthinkers.

A place where you don’t have to explain why you rehearse a phone call six times before making it, or why you feel exhausted after a casual coffee catch-up.

It’s humour as healing. Relatability without performance.

A deep exhale wrapped in a story, and maybe a mug. ☕💬

The Rage Within Story

The name often raises eyebrows.

People hear “rage” and think of anger.

But for me, it’s the churn of thoughts.... endless and intense.

It’s not violent.

It’s just loud.

Sometimes kind, sometimes anxious, always present.

So I turned that inner noise into something shareable.

I gave it a name, a shape, and a voice. 🔊🧠

Starting this brand has been both thrilling and terrifying.

There’s a unique kind of vulnerability in saying, “This is me. Here’s my overthinking brain in website form. I hope it makes you laugh. I hope it helps you feel seen.”

Humour was always my armour... I learned that in school, dodging bullies and diffusing tension. But now, I use it to connect. 🛡️😂

Because every time someone tells me, “This made me feel understood,” or “I thought I was the only one,” a little part of me heals.

That kind of connection... quiet, authentic, no performance required, is what I always longed for. 🤝❤️

The products I make?

They’re not just things.

They’re signals.

Inside jokes between strangers.

Badges of belonging.

They’re soft declarations that being “too sensitive,” “too quiet,” or “too much in your head” doesn’t make you broken.

It makes you you. And you’re not alone. 🛍️✨

Overthinkers Spirals

If you’ve ever felt like the outsider in the room, the one watching rather than speaking, spiralling instead of sleeping, this space is for you.

If you’ve ever masked your anxiety with a joke, or felt deeply even when no one saw it... this is your community. 🌙🧡

The Rage Within isn’t about fixing anyone.

It’s about celebrating the beautiful complexity of minds that don’t turn off. It’s about finding peace in the noise.

Humour in the spiral.

And strength in the stillness. 🌊🧩

So here I am... an introverted, overthinking, cabinet-making weirdo, inviting you to join me in this imperfect, passionate, hilarious journey.

Because your silence is never empty. 🤗🌱

And your difference? That’s your superpower. 💫🦸‍♀️

If any part of this story resonated with you, I invite you to have a look around The Rage Within.

It’s a space I created for people like us, where being quiet, thoughtful, or a little too in your head isn’t just accepted, it’s celebrated.

You can find it at theragewithin.com ... come as you are. 🏡💛
